Unique Glow connects users with salons and beauty professionals for in-salon or at-home services. We are a technology platform and do not directly provide any beauty or wellness services.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

• All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date.

• Unique Glow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations or fraudulent activity.

4. Booking & Cancellation

• Bookings can be confirmed instantly or require salon approval.

• Cancellations or changes must be made within the specified time shown during booking.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees as outlined at the time of booking.

5. Payments

• Payments can be made securely through the app.

• Unique Glow may apply service fees or taxes where applicable.

• Refunds are subject to each salon’s policy and will be processed via the original payment method or wallet balance.

6. Promo Codes

• Promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Unique Glow reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

7. Salon Responsibilities

• Salons are responsible for providing the services listed in their profiles.

• All professionals must be qualified and operate legally.

• Unique Glow is not liable for any damages, injuries, or unsatisfactory services provided by salons.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform for unlawful purposes

• Disrupt or harm the platform or its users

• Post false, offensive, or misleading content

9. Limitation of Liability

Unique Glow is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform or services booked through it. We make no guarantees regarding the availability or quality of salon services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
